Visionary Leadership
Randall Reed is the founder and CEO of Starbase Aviation, an
affiliate of World Class Automotive Operations, a multi-state
automotive Mega-Dealer. Mr. Reed is also an accomplished ATP
rated pilot and flies his Citation CJ2 on a regular basis.
Twenty-seven years ago when a young Randall Reed began his first
job as a new car salesman at a Ford store in Denver, Colorado,
some of the staff went to management wagering that Reed was a
90-day wonder who would never make it in the tough
automobile-retail business. Today Reed is the Chief Executive
Officer of the World Class Automotive Group, one of the largest
Mega Dealership groups in the United States.
Born out of Necessity
Recognizing the tremendous personal and business benefits
available from his own private-jet travel, Mr. Reed decided to
take a hard look at the overall business aviation industry.
Quickly realizing that there was a tremendous growing demand for
a company that could provide the exceptional levels of service
and value that he brought to the customers of his other
businesses, Mr. Reed founded and now oversees yet another
cutting-edge company, this time in the fast-paced world of
business aviation. Randall Reed’s Starbase Aviation is one of
the aviation industry’s fastest growing aircraft charter,
management, membership and sales operations.
The company’s corporate headquarters are located in Houston,
Texas, at Ellington Airport, with satellite offices in Dallas,
Texas, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. To support its growing
client base, Starbase Aviation is opening sales offices around
the country to initially include New York, Boston, south Florida
and Las Vegas. Originally an operator of Beechcraft King Air
turboprops, the company has evolved into an international jet
service provider, operating numerous aircraft types up to and
including Large Cabin aircraft on a World-Wide basis.
Giving Something Back
As President & CEO of Starbase Aviation and the fourteen
companies of the World Class Automotive Group, Randall Reed has
built each company from scratch by employing the best people in
each respective industry and providing them with the tools
necessary to build great organizations. Randall and his wife
Sherry believe strongly in giving back to the communities that
have made their businesses so successful. With active personal
and financial commitments to local organizations in Houston and
Dallas, Texas and Steamboat Springs, Colorado, the Reeds are
dedicated to keeping kids off of drugs and to helping the less
fortunate to succeed.
